1. Terms & Conditions
- All products (new mobiles, accessories, and repairing services) are sold under standard market warranty conditions.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice based on market fluctuations.
- Customers are requested to check products at the time of purchase. Once sold, the shop will not be responsible for physical damage or misuse.
- Any service or repairing charges will be discussed and agreed upon before starting the work.
- By purchasing from Ghousia Mobile, you agree to our policies and terms of service.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds are applicable only in case of manufacturing defects and only if the product is returned within 3 days of purchase.
- Refunds will be processed only if the product is unused, in original condition, with full box, accessories, and purchase receipt.
- No refunds will be made for mobile repairing services once the work has been completed and the customer has accepted the device.
- Transaction charges (if paid through JazzCash, Easypaisa, or Swich) may be non-refundable.
3. Return & Exchange Policy
- Returns and exchanges are allowed within 7 days of purchase, subject to the following:
- Product must be unused and in original packaging with all accessories.
- Exchange is only possible for equal or higher value products (price difference to be paid by customer).
- No return/exchange will be accepted for mobiles/accessories damaged by customer misuse, water damage, or unauthorized repair attempts.
- Mobile repairing services are non-returnable, but we provide a limited service warranty (see below).
4. Service Warranty (Repairing)
- On selected repairs (e.g., software installation, screen replacement, battery replacement), Ghousia Mobile provides a limited service warranty ranging from 7–30 days (depending on the type of repair).
- Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or issues caused by misuse after repair.
- If the same issue occurs within the warranty period, we will recheck and fix it without additional labor charges.
5. Privacy Policy
- Ghousia Mobile respects your privacy and ensures that your personal data (name, phone number, payment details) will not be shared with any third party without your consent.
- Data collected during transactions (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Swich) is handled securely.
- We may use your contact information for service updates, offers, or customer support purposes.
- Customer data related to mobile repairing (such as stored data on devices) will remain confidential.
6. Shipping & Delivery Policy
- Currently, Ghousia Mobile provides in-store pickup as the primary method of delivery.
- Local delivery (within [City/Area]) may be arranged on request, subject to delivery charges.
- Shipping through courier services is available for mobiles and accessories, with delivery charges to be paid by the customer.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies once the product has been shipped.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled before the product has been dispatched.
- Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- For in-store purchases, cancellations are allowed only before billing/payment is completed.
- Repairing service cancellations are allowed only if work has not yet started
